I think Beyonce is one of the most painfully perfect women on earth only after, of course, Angelina Jolie. She is H-O-T but I also think she's very boring (for the same reason, that is, she's too perfect) which is why she is at 2nd place in my point of view. She's done everything right and doesn't rebel and yes, sorry, but her songs are getting very boring and mostly annoying to my ears of late. Even so, no way in hell would I think that she cannot sing. They're 'educating' everybody with the so-called wonders of the Auto-Tune - which truth be told people, is not able to turn a William Hung into a Brian McKnight. I would know this, because I use it too and am well aware that I'm no Aguilera. Because if that were true, we'd all be sounding like her by now at all our Karaoke parties. The Howard Stern tape was obviously altered and I just will not be able to sleep without pointing this out. Afterall, I still think Beyonce is a rock-solid performer even if it means she has to lip-synch her way through her energetic concerts. Have you ever tried running and singing at the same time? That's how it feels to perform like she does for 2 hours straight. It's almost inhuman to be able to do both at the same time - but if she has been doing it live for shizzle, then we've found ourselves a true Wonderwoman!
p/s : Christina Aguilera still tops my list of one to have THE best female vocals ever. Period.
I love following gay men blogs - they always have pictures of the hottest pieces of abs I dont even know how they manage to find them! (Which only proves my theory right, the good ones have all either been taken or gone the other way. So, what's left for me?)
Never thought I'd ever see the original shots (or contacts) to one of Madonna's best ever CD cover - which also happens to sit in a huge frame on my bedroom wall. Taken by photographer Patrick Demarchelier for Justify My Love.

I found these by chance via google images - meet dancer-choreographer Michael Clark.
“There is no dancer-choreographer alive who so naturally treads the line between the rigour of classical dance and the reckless glamour of rock and fashion."

Somebody told me i had to watch this film because it's, well, cute. But i wasnt sure seeing as it revolves around giggly 14-year-olds chasing after boys. Like, who does that anymore? I did, anyways, watch 'Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging' at 6am and it was BEYOND cute! I was already happy to discover that it was a British film - because of course it meant listening to their adorable accent for a whole hour and a half. Not to mention, the obvious - the men. Aaron Johnson is 18, which makes me a grandmother.
He's adorable, nonetheless :)
p/s: Sean Bourke is gay, right? Or he wont be taking pictures like this.

I google a lot (surprise!) and i want to define just about every word I come across that's a little foreign to me. For whatever reason, I typed in 'define love' 10 minutes ago and found that the best definitions on there came from 4 to 8 year old kids. This particular one touched a nerve;
"When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too.
- Rebecca - age 8
and this has to be the funniest;
"I know my older sister loves me because she gives me all her old clothes and has to go out and buy new ones."
- Lauren - age 4
...I think we adults over-complicate things most of the time. Or, perhaps, that's just me.

I saw 'The Reader' last night - at first thinking this has got to be another sappy drama with more of Winslet's bare chest in them. But it only started to get rather intriguing half way through the flick. I guess there is something about younger men I cant quite put into words - although, seeing someone half your age is a tad ridiculous. I love the misunderstood - I love how when you see life from their point of view it simply makes sense. Anyhow, I didn't cry watching this because I think this two made a choice to somehow be miserable. And there wasn't enough to really understand Hanna's character any deeper. One thing stood out and stuck to me tho - which was when Hanna gets clearly upset but says 'You don't matter enough to upset me'.
